Some of the towns & places of interest within easy reach are New Romney, Rye, Hythe, Lydd, Littlestone, Greatstone, St. Marys Bay, Folkstone and the Castles of Port Lympne, Sissinghurst, Leeds & Dover, there are also some lovely old country pubs in and around Romney Marsh. The Dymchurch Station of the famous Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Steam Railway is literally a walk away from the Cottage. At Dungeness you will find the Old Lighthouse and the RSPB Nature Reserve and the Eurotunnel to France is only 20 minutes away on the M20.
